“they came out saturday ($125) for what i already knew what was wrong they came out and confirmed it said might be under warranty told them i didn't care just fix it we'll pay for part (txv) said they'd work up and estimate and call on monday. no call (they may have been closed for easter on monday so i took that in to account) no call tuesday. so wed. morning i went to another company with a Johnstone part number for the txv and had system up and cooling before they called me back on thursday and told they couldn't find the part but could put in a fixed metering device. Johnstone had 5 on the self when i pick up the part on will call. (that would have taken away some efficiency from the system) i don't understand having a service truck truck without parts to fix systems. (this was a very widely used part by many manufacturers on a 3 year old coil that is still produced )”
