“They came quickly and worked hard to find a replacement part so I would have heat on a day with single digit temps.”
“There was a bit of a conflict with heat pump replacement. The service tech said heat pump damage was ice storm damage so warranty was voided. The insurance adjuster said it wasn't ice storm damage, it was manufacturers defect, so insurance was voided. That left me stuck in the middle and on the hook to replace a 3 1/2 year old heat pump out of pocket. Not much I could do.”
