- Must be people oriented able to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Ability to endure the heat and the cold as the seasons change.
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops when required to do so.
- Ability to use ladders safely when the need arises.
- Must be able to complete and submit required paperwork to supervisor daily.
- We require clean professional appearances for our customers.
- Must be able to pass drug screening.
