My air went out Thursday night. Richard was here on Friday to see what was needed to fix my air. It was determined that the unit outside as well as the coil inside would have to be replaced. Later Friday he called and said they had the equipment needed and ask if the technicians could come at 730 am to replace the units. John and Joe arrived and started working. They were very friendly and professional. They covered the floor to help keep the floor clean. They worked very diligently and it was not long until I got my cool back. They cleaned up everything and hauled it all away. I would highly recommend Woodard for any and all heat or air needs. Thanks for a great job.

I’ve been dealing with one-hour heating and air for the last 4 years. After dealing with Woodard I now see that one-hour has been ripping me off!
They have been improperly recharging my outside unit. One-hour just comes out and put coolant in your tank and never cleanes the outside housing.
Half of the reason my house wouldn’t cool is because of the restricted air flow.
The Excellent service I have received from Woodards has made me an forever customer.
