“Received quick service, called early Monday morning and service tech. Was here by that afternoon. He, Joey, called before he came and told me approximately what time he would arrive. Joey was pleasant and explained things before he did it. He had suggestions for my air conditioner but was not pushy. Very good experience, rate a 5.”
